Clear store and forward table
Description
The clearsf function clears all entries in the controller store and forward translation table.

clearSFTable
Boolean
Store and forward table is cleared when TRUE.
This signal must be set to FALSE once the store and
forward table is cleared.

Boolean
TRUE if clearSFTable is TRUE.
FALSE in all other cases.
