Quick Paring Guide
1. Make sure you are within 25 feet of your SmartHub and that the SmartHub is plugged in and
showing a Green Light.
2. Press and hold the OK button until the end of the Contour Next One is flashing blue.
3. Once you release the OK button, the flashing blue light will change to solid blue.
4. After a few moments, the SmartHub will announce “Thank You. Device Paired.”
If the Smart Hub does not announce that your device is paired, unplug the SmartHub, wait 15
seconds, and then plug it back in.
Wait for the SmartHub to Announce, it is ready to send data to your provider.
Repeat the 4 steps above.
If the SmartHub still does not say “Thank You. Device Paired” contact RCP Customer Support
at 855-477-7000.
