As a precaution, both radio remote controls should always be carried. The radio remote control transmits in all directions. It does not have to be pointed at the vehicle.

Unlocking with radio remote control: Press the Œ button once. The driver’s door is unlocked and the hazard warning light, as well as the radio remote control indicator lamp, blink once. Press the Œ button a second time. The passenger door and cargo doors are unlocked and the turn signal lamps, as well as the radio remote control indicator lamp, blink once again. The button must be pressed a second time within 2,5 seconds, otherwise the second request to open can not be performed.

The entire vehicle is locked and the hazard warning light blinks three times. The radio remote control indicator lamp blinks once. If the hazard warning light does not blink, at least one door is improperly closed. Check to see if there is a door that is not properly closed or if there is a key in the ignition lock.
