Troubleshooting The light blinks intermittently. Make sure your ScatMat is not in contact with anything metallic. Try turning off dimmer switches or any large electrical appliance that may causing electrical interference. I feel something when touching the metal buttons on the bottom of the power pack, but nothing when I touch the ScatMat. Ensure that you are touching across two wires on the mat.
