- ■ Unsachgemäße Reparaturen sind gefährlich. Nur ein von uns geschulter Kundendienst-Techniker darf Reparaturen durchführen. Ist das Gerät defekt, Netzstecker ziehen oder Sicherung im Sicherungskasten ausschalten. Kundendienst rufen.
- ■ An heißen Geräteteilen kann die Kabelisolierung von Elektrogeräten schmelzen. Nie Anschlusskabel von Elektrogeräten mit heißen Geräteteilen in Kontakt bringen.
- ■ Eindringende Feuchtigkeit kann einen Stromschlag verursachen. Keinen Hochdruckreiniger oder Dampfreiniger verwenden.
- ■ Beim Auswechseln der Garraumlampe stehen die Kontakte der Lampenfassung unter Strom. Vor dem Auswechseln den Netzstecker ziehen oder Sicherung im Sicherungskasten ausschalten.
- ■ Ein defektes Gerät kann einen Stromschlag verursachen. Nie ein defektes Gerät einschalten. Netzstecker ziehen oder Sicherung im Sicherungskasten ausschalten. Kundendienst rufen.
- Ursachen für Schäden
- Umweltgerecht entsorgen
- Entsorgen Sie die Verpackung umweltgerecht.
- Die Richtlinie gibt den Rahmen für eine EU-weit gültige Rücknahme und Verwertung der Altgeräte vor.
- Ihrem Gerät liegt folgendes Zubehör bei:
- Das Zubehör ist mit einer Rastfunktion ausgestattet. Die Rastfunktion verhindert das Kippen des Zubehörs beim Herausziehen. Das Zubehör muss richtig in den Garraum eingeschoben werden, damit der Kippschutz funktioniert.
- Achten Sie beim Einschieben des Rostes darauf,

- Einschubhöhen
- Der Garraum hat vier Einschubhöhen. Die Einschubhöhen werden von unten nach oben gezählt.
- Sonderzubehör können Sie beim Kundendienst oder im Fachhandel kaufen.
- 2. Zubehör und Garraum mit heißer Spüllauge reinigen (siehe Kapitel: Reinigung und Pflege).
- 3. Ober-/Unterhitze % mit 240 °C 60 Minuten lang heizen.
- 4. Den abgekühlten Garraum mit heißer Spüllauge nachwischen.

- Backformen
- Verwenden Sie dunkle Backformen aus Metall. Weißblechformen und Glasformen verlängern die Backzeit und der Kuchen bräunt nicht gleichmäßig. Wenn Sie mit Weißblechformen backen wollen, dann verwenden Sie die Einschubhöhe 1.
- Stellen Sie eine Kastenform immer diagonal und eine runde Backform immer in die Mitte des Rostes.
- Backbleche
- Wir empfehlen Ihnen nur Originalbleche zu verwenden, da diese optimal auf den Garraum und die Betriebsarten abgestimmt sind.
- Die Angaben in der Tabelle sind Richtwerte und gültig für Backbleche aus Aluminium sowie dunkle Backformen. Die Werte können je nach Art und Menge des Teiges und je nach Backform variieren.
- Die Werte für Brotteige gelten sowohl für Teige auf dem Backblech als auch für Teige in einer Kastenform.
- Wir empfehlen beim ersten Versuch, die niedrigere der angegebenen Temperaturen einzustellen. Grundsätzlich ergibt die niedrigere Temperatur eine gleichmäßigere Bräunung.
- Wenn Sie nach eigenen Rezepten backen, orientieren Sie sich an ähnlichen Gebäcken in der Tabelle.

- Beachten Sie folgende Punkte:
- Die Angaben in der Tabelle sind Richtwerte und gültig für Backbleche aus Aluminium. Die Werte können je nach Art und Menge des Teiges und je nach Backform variieren.
- Wir empfehlen beim ersten Versuch die niedrigere der angegebenen Temperaturen einzustellen. Grundsätzlich ergibt die niedrigere Temperatur eine gleichmäßigere Bräunung.
- Die Angaben in der Tabelle beziehen sich auf das Einschieben in den kalten Backofen.
- Für das Offene Braten wird ein Bratgeschirr ohne Deckel verwendet.
- Geben Sie bei Bedarf Flüssigkeit in das Bratgeschirr. Während des Bratens verdampft die Flüssigkeit. Gießen Sie bei Bedarf vorsichtig heiße Flüssigkeit nach.
- Braten in der Universalpfanne
- Die Universalpfanne erhalten Sie als Zubehör im Fachhandel (siehe Kapitel: Zubehör).
- Während des Bratens in der Universalpfanne entsteht ein Bratensatz. Diesen Bratensatz können Sie als Grundlage für eine schmackhafte Soße verwenden.
- Beim Braten in der Universalpfanne können Sie auch Beilagen (z. B. Gemüse) mitgaren.
- Für das Geschlossene Braten wird ein Bratgeschirr mit Deckel verwendet. Geschlossenes Braten ist besonders geeignet für Schmorgerichte.
- Die Bratdauer und Temperatur ist abhängig von der Größe, Höhe, Art und Qualität des Bratens.
- Generell gilt: Je größer der Braten, desto niedriger die Temperatur und umso länger die Bratdauer.
- Die Angaben in der Tabelle sind Richtwerte und beziehen sich auf das Offene Braten. Die Werte können je nach Art und Menge des Bratens und je nach Bratgeschirr variieren.
- Beim ersten Versuch die niedrigere der angegebenen Temperaturen verwenden. Grundsätzlich ergibt die niedrigere Temperatur eine gleichmäßigere Bräunung.
- Lassen Sie nach dem Ende der Bratdauer den Braten zur Ruhezeit ca. 10 Minuten im abgeschalteten, geschlossenen Garraum. In der angegebenen Bratdauer ist die empfohlene Ruhezeit nicht enthalten.
- Die Angaben in der Tabelle beziehen sich auf das Einschieben in den kalten Backofen und auf Fleisch direkt aus dem Kühlschrank.

- Tipps und Tricks
- Grillen
- Verwenden Sie zum Grillen immer den Rost und die Universalpfanne. Die Universalpfanne erhalten Sie als Zubehör im Fachhandel (siehe Kapitel: Zubehör). Schieben Sie den Rost in die Einschubhöhe ein, die in der Grilltabelle angegeben wird. Um Versch...
- Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie beim Grillen mehrerer Fleischstücke die gleiche Fleischsorte mit ähnlicher Dicke und Gewicht verwenden.
- Streichen Sie das Grillgut nach Belieben leicht mit Öl ein.
- Wenden Sie das Grillgut nach der Hälfte bis zwei Drittel der Grilldauer.
- Die Angaben in der Tabelle sind Richtwerte. Die Werte können je nach Art und Menge des Grillgutes variieren. Sie gelten für das Einschieben in den kalten Backofen und für Fleisch direkt aus dem Kühlschrank.
- Mit Ihrem Gerät können Sie Joghurt auch selbst herstellen. Hierzu wird die Wärme der Backofenbeleuchtung \ genutzt.
- 2. 1 Liter H-Milch (3,5% Fett) oder pasteurisierte Frischmilch auf 40 °C erwärmen oder 1 Liter Frischmilch einmal aufkochen und auf 40 °C abkühlen lassen.
- 3. 150 g stichfesten Joghurt zur erwärmten Milch geben, unterrühren und gleichmäßig in Gläser oder Schalen füllen. Nicht mehr als 200 ml in ein Gefäß füllen.
- 4. Die befüllten Gefäße mit passendem Deckel oder Frischhaltefolie abdecken.
- 5. Backofen mit dem Großflächengrill ( für 15 Minuten bei 100 °C vorheizen.
- 6. Anschließend Betriebsartenwähler auf Backofenbeleuchtung \ stellen.
- 7. Gefäße in gleichmäßigen Abständen auf den gesamten Garraumboden verteilt aufstellen und Gerätetür schließen.
- 8. Nach 8 Stunden die Backofenbeleuchtung ausschalten und die Gefäße für mindestens 12 Stunden in den Kühlschrank stellen.
- Reinigung und Pflege
- Verschmutzungen vermeiden Reinigen Sie den Garraum nach jedem Gebrauch, da sich Verschmutzungen beim nächsten Aufheizen einbrennen und sich nur schwer entfernen lassen. Entfernen Sie Kalk-, Fett-, Stärke-, und Eiweißflecken immer sofort.
- Verwenden Sie nach Möglichkeit die Betriebsart Heißluft 3. Die Verschmutzung ist bei dieser Betriebsart geringer.
- Zur besseren Reinigung können Sie die Gerätetür aushängen.

- Türscheibe einbauen
- 1. Türscheibe schräg nach hinten in beide Halterungen bis zum Anschlag einschieben. Die glatte Fläche muss außen sein.
- 2. Abdeckung aufsetzen und andrücken, bis sie einrastet.
- 3. Einhängegitter mit Spülmittel und Spülschwamm oder einer Bürste reinigen.
- 4. Einhängegitter mit der Ausbuchtung (a) nach unten ausrichten, damit die Einschubhöhen stimmen.
- 5. Einhängegitter hinten bis zum Anschlag einstecken und nach hinten drücken (Bild C).
- 6. Einhängegitter vorne bis zum Anschlag einstecken und nach unten drücken (Bild D).
- Störungen und Reparaturen
- Prüfen Sie bei einer Störung die Tipps in der nachfolgenden Tabelle, bevor Sie den Kundendienst rufen.
- Wechseln Sie eine defekte Backofenlampe aus.
- Ersatzlampen erhalten Sie beim Kundendienst oder im Fachhandel: E14, 220 - 240 V, 40 W, hitzebeständig bis 300 °C. Verwenden Sie nur diese Backofenlampen.
- 3. Backofenlampe durch den gleichen Lampentyp ersetzen.
- 4. Glasabdeckung wieder einschrauben.
- 5. Geschirrtuch herausnehmen und Sicherung einschalten.
- Türdichtung austauschen
- Ist die Türdichtung defekt, muss sie ausgetauscht werden. Ersatzdichtungen für Ihr Gerät erhalten Sie beim Kundendienst.
- Die Türdichtung ist an vier Stellen eingehängt (Bild A). Zum Wechseln die Haken an allen vier Stellen aus- bzw. einhängen (Bild B).
- Sitz der Dichtung vor allem in den Ecken noch einmal überprüfen.
- Bei Störungen und Reparaturen, die Sie nicht selbst beheben können, ist der Kundendienst für Sie da.
- Die Anschriften finden Sie im Kundendienststellenverzeichnis.
- Bei Kundendienstfällen bitte die E-Nummer und die FD-Nummer angeben.
- Sie finden diese Angaben auf dem Geräteschild hinter der Gerätetür links unten am seitlichen Rand.

- ■ L'isolation des câbles des appareils électroménagers peut fondre au contact des pièces chaudes de l'appareil. Ne jamais mettre le câble de raccordement des appareils électroménagers en contact avec des pièces chaudes de l'appareil.
- ■ De l'humidité qui pénètre peut occasionner un choc électrique. Ne pas utiliser de nettoyeur haute pression ou de nettoyer à vapeur.
- ■ Lors du remplacement de l'ampoule du compartiment de cuisson, les contacts du culot de l'ampoule sont sous tension. Retirer la fiche secteur ou couper le fusible dans le boîtier à fusibles avant de procéder au remplacement.
- ■ Un appareil défectueux peut provoquer un choc électrique. Ne jamais mettre en service un appareil défectueux. Débrancher la fiche secteur ou enlever le fusible dans le boîtier à fusibles.Appeler le service après-vente.

- La directive spécifie le cadre pour une reprise et un recyclage des appareils usagés applicable au niveau européen.

- Hauteurs d'enfournement
- Le compartiment de cuisson possède quatre hauteurs d'enfournement. Les hauteurs d'enfournement se comptent du bas vers le haut.

- Nous vous recommandons d'utiliser uniquement des plaques d'origine, car celles-ci sont parfaitement adaptées au compartiment de cuisson et aux modes de fonctionnement.
- Les données contenues dans le tableau sont fournies à titre indicatif et concernent les plaques à pâtisserie en aluminium ainsi que les moules à pâtisserie sombres. Ces valeurs peuvent varier en fonction de la nature et de la quantité de pâte...
- Les valeurs pour les pâtes à pain sont valables aussi bien pour des pâtes cuites sur la plaque à pâtisserie que pour des pâtes cuites dans un moule à cake.
- Lors du premier essai, nous vous recommandons d'utiliser la plus basse température indiquée. Une température moins élevée permet en principe d'obtenir des mets dorés plus uniformément.
- Si vous préparez une de vos recettes, réglez votre appareil avec les valeurs établies pour la préparation qui s'y apparente le plus.

- Du jus de cuisson se forme dans la lèchefrite au cours du rôtissage. Ce jus de cuisson peut être utilisé pour réaliser de délicieuses sauces.
- Lors du rôtissage dans la lèchefrite, vous pouvez y faire cuire une garniture (p.ex. des légumes) en même temps.
- Pour le rôtissage à couvert, on utilise un plat à rôti avec couvercle. Le rôtissage à couvert convient particulièrement aux plats braisés.
- Le temps de cuisson et la température dépendent de la taille, de la hauteur, de la nature et de la qualité du rôti.
- Il est généralement valable : Plus le rôti est gros, plus la température doit être sélectionnée basse et plus la durée de rôtissage est longue.
- Les données contenues dans le tableau sont fournies à titre indicatif et concernent le rôtissage à découvert. Ces valeurs peuvent varier en fonction de la nature et de la quantité de la pièce à rôtir et en fonction du plat à rôti.

- Grillades

- Si vous grillez plusieurs pièces de viande, utilisez le même type de viande d'une épaisseur et d'un poids similaires.
- Badigeonnez légèrement les pièces à griller d'huile à votre convenance.
- Tournez la pièce à griller à la moitié ou aux deux-tiers du temps de grillade.
- Les indications figurant dans le tableau sont des valeurs indicatives. Les valeurs sont susceptibles de varier en fonction de la nature de la viande et de la quantité. Elles sont valables pour l'enfournement à four froid et les viandes sortant dire...
- Avec votre appareil, vous pouvez confectionner vos yaourts en utilisant la chaleur de l'éclairage du four \.
- 2. Chauffer 1 l de lait UHT (3,5 % de m.g.) ou du lait frais pasteurisé, à 40 °C ou porter 1 l de lait frais à ébullition et le laisser refroidir à 40 °C.
- 3. Délayer 150 g de yaourt ferme dans le lait et verser le mélange uniformément dans des pots ou des coupelles. Ne versez pas plus de 200 ml dans chaque récipient.
- 4. Couvrir les récipients remplis avec un couvercle adapté ou avec du film alimentaire.
- 5. Préchauffer le four pendant 15 minutes en mode Gril grande surface ( à 100 °C.
- 6. Régler ensuite le sélecteur du mode de fonctionnement sur Eclairage \.
- 7. Disposer les récipients à égale distance sur tout le fond du compartiment de cuisson et fermer la porte de l'appareil.
- 8. Eteindre l'éclairage du four au bout de 8 heures et placer les récipients au réfrigérateur pendant au moins 12 heures.
- Nettoyage et entretien
- Eviter des encrassements Nettoyer le compartiment de cuisson après chaque utilisation, car les salissures s'incrusteront à la prochaine chauffe et pourront difficilement être éliminées. Eliminez immédiatement les tâches de calcaire, de graisse...
- Utilisez dans la mesure du possible le mode de fonctionnement Chaleur tournante 3. Les encrassements sont moindres lors de ce mode de fonctionnement.
- Pour faciliter le nettoyage, vous pouvez décrocher la porte de l'appareil.

- Dépose de la vitre de porte
- Remarque
- 1. Décrocher la porte de l'appareil et la placer sur un support doux et propre, la façade côté support (voir le chapitre : Décrocher et accrocher la porte de l'appareil).
- 2. Retirer le cache en haut à la porte de l'appareil. Pour cela, enfoncer la languette à gauche et à droite avec les doigts (fig. A).
- Nettoyage
- Pose de la vitre de porte
- 1. Introduire la vitre de la porte vers la l'arrière dans les deux fixations jusqu'en butée en l'inclinant. La face lisse doit être à l'extérieur.
- 2. Poser le cache et l'appuyer jusqu'à ce qu'il s'encliquette.
- 3. Nettoyer les grilles supports avec du produit à vaisselle et une éponge à vaisselle ou une brosse.
- 4. Toujours orienter les grilles supports avec l'indentation (a) vers le haut afin d'accorder les niveaux d'enfournement.
- 5. Emboîter les grilles supports au fond jusqu'à venir en butée et appuyer vers l'arrière (fig. C).
- 6. Emboîter les grilles supports à l'avant jusqu'à venir en butée et appuyer vers le bas (fig. D).
- Pannes et réparations
- En cas d'incident, reportez-vous aux conseils donnés dans le tableau suivant avant d'appeler le service après-vente.
- Remplacez toujours la lampe du four si elle est défectueuse.
- Vous pouvez vous procurez des ampoules de rechange auprès du service après-vente ou dans le commerce spécialisé : E14, 220 - 240 V, 40 W, résistantes aux températures jusqu'à 300 °C. Utilisez exclusivement ces ampoules pour four.
- 3. Remplacer l'ampoule du four par un type d'ampoule identique.
- 4. Revisser le cache en verre.
- 5. Enlever le torchon, puis armer le fusible.
- Remplacement du joint de porte
- Si le joint de porte est défectueux, il faut le remplacer. Des joints de rechange pour votre appareil sont disponibles auprès du service aprèsvente.
- Le joint de porte est fixé à quatre endroits (fig.A). Pour le remplacer, il faut retirer, puis remettre les crochets aux quatre emplacements (fig. B).
- Vérifiez encore une fois si le joint est placé correctement dans les coins.
- Le service après-vente se tient à votre disposition pour tous les incidents que vous ne pouvez pas résoudre vous-même.

- Risico van verbranding!
- ■ Het toestel wordt zeer heet. Nooit de hete vlakken in de binnenruimte of verwarmingselementen aanraken. Het apparaat altijd laten afkoelen. Zorg ervoor dat er geen kinderen in de buurt zijn.
- ■ Toebehoren of vormen worden zeer heet. Neem hete toebehoren en vormen altijd met behulp van een pannenlap uit de binnenruimte.
- ■ Alcoholdampen kunnen in de binnenruimte vlam vatten. Nooit gerechten klaarmaken die een hoog percentage alcohol bevatten. Alleen kleine hoeveelheden drank met een hoog alcoholpercentage gebruiken. De deur van het toestel voorzichtig openen.
- Kans op verbranding!
- ■ Tijdens het gebruik worden de toegankelijke onderdelen heet. De hete onderdelen nooit aanraken. Zorg ervoor dat er geen kinderen in de buurt zijn.
- ■ Bij het openen van de apparaatdeur kan hete stoom vrijkomen. De deur van het toestel voorzichtig openen. Zorg ervoor dat er geen kinderen in de buurt zijn.
- ■ Door water in de hete binnnruimte kan hete waterdamp ontstaan. Nooit water in de hete binnenruimte gieten.

- ■ De kabelisolatie van hete toestelonderdelen kan smelten. Zorg ervoor dat er nooit aansluitkabels van elektrische toestellen in contact komen met hete onderdelen van het apparaat.
- ■ Binnendringend vocht kan een schok veroorzaken. Geen hogedrukreiniger of stoomreiniger gebruiken.
- ■ Bij vervanging van de lamp in de binnenruimte staan de contacten van de lampfitting onder stroom. Trek voordat u tot vervanging overgaat de netstekker uit het stopcontact trekken of schakel de zekering in de meterkast uit.
- ■ Een defect toestel kan een schok veroorzaken. Een defect toestel nooit inschakelen. De netstekker uit het stopcontact halen of de zekering in de meterkast uitschakelen. Contact opnemen met de klantenservice.

- De toebehoren zijn voorzien van een vergrendelingsfunctie. De vergrendelingsfunctie voorkomt dat de toebehoren kantelen wanneer ze worden verwijderd. De toebehoren dienen op de juiste wijze in de binnenruimte te worden geschoven, zodat de kantelbevei...

- Inschuifhoogtes
- De binnenruimte heeft vier inschuifhoogtes. De inschuifhoogtes worden van beneden naar boven geteld.
- Extra toebehoren kunt u kopen bij de klantenservice of in speciaalzaken.
- 2. Toebehoren en binnenruimte schoonmaken met warm zeepsop (zie het hoofdstuk: Reiniging en onderhoud).
- 3. Boven- en onderwarmte % op 240 °C 60 minuten lang verwarmen.

- De waarden voor brooddeeg gelden zowel voor deeg op de bakplaat als voor deeg in een rechthoekige vorm.
- Wij raden u aan om de eerste keer de laagste van de opgegeven temperaturen in te stellen. In principe levert de laagste temperatuur de meest gelijkmatige bruining op.
- Wanneer u gerechten bakt volgens eigen recept, houd dan de waarden van gelijksoortig gebak in de tabel aan.

- Voeg zo nodig vloeistof toe. Tijdens het braden verdampt de vloeistof in de braadvorm. Voeg zo nodig voorzichtig wat hete vloeistof toe.
- Bakken in de braadslede
- De braadslede kunt u als accessoire kopen in uw speciaalzaak (zie het hoofdstuk: Toebehoren).
- Tijdens het braden in de braadslede ontstaat braadsap. Dit braadsap kunt u als basis voor een smakelijke saus gebruiken.
- Bij het braden in de braadslede kunt u ook bijgerechten (bijv. groenten) mee laten garen.
- Voor het gesloten braden wordt een braadvorm met deksel gebruikt. Gesloten braden is zeer geschikt voor stoofgerechten.
- De braadtijd en temperatuur zijn afhankelijk van de grootte, de hoogte, de kwaliteit en het soort vlees.
- In het algemeen geldt: Hoe groter het braadstuk, des te lager de temperatuur en des te langer de braadduur.
- De opgaven in de tabel zijn richtwaarden en gelden voor het braden zonder deksel. De waarden kunnen variëren, afhankelijk van het soort en de hoeveelheid vlees en de braadvorm.
- Stel de eerste keer de laagste opgegeven temperatuur in. In principe levert de laagste temperatuur de meest gelijkmatige bruining op.
- Laat het vlees na afloop van de braadtijd nog ca. 10 minuten rusten in de uitgeschakelde, gesloten binnenruimte. Bij de opgegeven braadtijd is de aanbevolen rusttijd niet inbegrepen.
- De opgaven in de tabel gelden voor het inschuiven in de onverwarmde oven en voor vlees dat direct uit de koelkast komt.

- Tips en trucs
- Grillen
- Gebruik bij het grillen altijd het rooster en de braadslede. De braadslede kunt u als accessoire kopen in uw speciaalzaak (zie het hoofdstuk: Toebehoren). Plaats het rooster op de inschuifhoogte die in de grilltabel wordt aangegeven. Plaats de braads...
- Let er bij het grillen van meerdere stukken vlees op dat er gelijke soorten vlees van dezelfde dikte en hetzelfde gewicht wordt gebruikt.
- Bestrijk het te grillen product indien gewenst licht met olie.
- Keer het te grillen vlees na de helft tot twee derde van de grilltijd.
- De opgaven in de tabel zijn richtwaarden. De waarden kunnen al naargelang het soort en de hoeveelheid gerechten variëren. Deze gelden uitsluitend voor het plaatsen in een koude oven en voor vlees direct uit de koelkast.
- Met uw apparaat kunt u de yoghurt ook zelf maken. Hiervoor wordt de warmte van de ovenverlichting \ gebruikt.
- 2. 1 Liter gesteriliseerde melk (3,5 % vet) of gepasteuriseerde melk tot 40 °C opwarmen of 1 Liter gepasteuriseerde melk één keer opkoken en tot 40 °C laten afkoelen.
- 3. 150 g yoghurt bij de warme melk doen, er doorheen roeren en hier gelijkmatig potjes of kommen mee vullen. Niet meer dan 200 ml per glas/schaaltje.
- 4. De potjes of kommen met een passend deksel of plasticfolie afdekken.
- 5. Oven met groot grill-oppervlak ( 15 minuten bij 100 °C voorverwarmen.
- 6. Vervolgens de functiekeuzeknop op Ovenverlichting \ zetten.
- 7. Vormen op gelijke afstand van elkaar verdelen over de hele bodem van de binnenruimte en de apparaatdeur sluiten.
- 8. Na 8 uur de ovenverlichting uitschakelen en de vormen minimaal 12 uur in de koelkast plaatsen.
- Reiniging en onderhoud
- Vervuiling vermijden Maak de binnenruimte na gebruik altijd schoon, omdat het vuil bij later gebruik inbrandt en moeilijk kan worden verwijderd. Verwijder kalk-, vet-, zetmeel- en eiwitvlekken altijd onmiddellijk.
- Gebruik zo mogelijk de functie Hete lucht 3. Bij deze functie treedt minder vervuiling op
- Om gemakkelijker schoon te maken kunt u de apparaatdeur verwijderen.

- Deurruit inbrengen
- 1. Deurruit schuin naar achteren in beide houders inschuiven tot de aanslag. Het gladde vlak moet zich aan de buitenkant bevinden.
- 2. De afscherming plaatsen en aandrukken tot hij vergrendeld is.
- 3. Inhangroosters met afwasmiddel en spons of een borstel reinigen.
- 4. De inhangroosters altijd met de welving (a) naar beneden inbrengen, zodat de inschuifhoogtes kloppen.
- 5. Inhangroosters achter tot de aanslag inbrengen en naar achteren drukken (Afbeelding C).
- 6. Inhangroosters voor tot de aanslag inbrengen en naar beneden drukken (Afbeelding D).
- Storingen en reparaties
- Ga voordat u de klantenservice belt na of de tips in de volgende tabellen van nut kunnen zijn.
- Een defecte ovenlamp dient te worden vervangen.
- Reservelampen kunt u krijgen bij de klantenservice of uw speciaalzaak: E14, 220 - 240 V, 40 W, hittebestendig tot 300 °C. Gebruik uitsluitend originele ovenlampen.
- 3. Ovenlamp vervangen door een van hetzelfde type.
- 4. Glazen afscherming er weer inschroeven.
- 5. Theedoek eruit nemen en de zekering inschakelen.
- Deurdichting vervangen
- Is de deurdichting defect, dan moet deze worden vervangen. Vervangende afdichtingen zijn verkrijgbaar bij de klantenservice.
- De deurdichting is op vier punten bevestigd (Afbeelding A). Om de dichting te vervangen de haken op alle vier de plaatsen losmaken resp. bevestigen (Afbeelding B).
- De bevestiging van de dichting vooral in de hoeken nog eens controleren.
- Bij storingen en reparaties die u niet zelf kunt oplossen, staat de servicedienst voor u klaar.
- De contactgegevens vindt u in de lijst met klantenservicebureaus
- Wanneer u contact opneemt met de klantenservice het Enummer en FDnummer opgeven.
- U vindt deze op het typeplaatje achter de apparaatdeur linksonder aan de zijkant.

- The following accessories are supplied with your appliance:
- The accessories are equipped with a locking function. The locking function prevents the accessories from tilting when they are pulled out. The accessories must be inserted into the cooking compartment correctly for the tilt protection to work properly.

- For open roasting, a roasting dish without a lid is used.
- If required, add liquid to the roasting dish. While the meat is roasting, this liquid will evaporate. Carefully pour in more hot liquid if required.
- Roasting in the universal pan
- You can purchase the universal pan as an accessory at specialist retailers (see section: Accessories).
- Juices escape from the roasting meat and are collected in the universal pan. You can use these juices as the basis for a tasty gravy.
- You can also cook side dishes (e.g. vegetables) at the same time as roasting meat in the universal pan.
- Roasting dishes with lids are used for this kind of roasting. This method is particularly suitable for pot roasts.
- The roasting time and temperature depend on the size, height, type and quality of the item.
- As a general rule: the larger the item, the lower the temperature and the longer the roasting time.
- The information in the table is a guideline, and relates to items cooked without a lid. The values may vary depending on the type and quantity of the meat/fish and on the roasting dish.
- You should set the lower of the specified temperatures the first time. This will generally allow more even browning.
- At the end of the roasting time, switch the oven off and leave the roast to rest for approximately 10 minutes in the cooking compartment with the door closed. The recommended rest time is not included in the given roasting times.

- Tips and tricks
- Grilling
- Always use the wire rack and the universal pan when grilling. You can purchase the universal pan as an accessory at specialist retailers (see section: Accessories). Slide the wire rack into the shelf position that is specified in the grilling table. ...
- If you are grilling more than one piece of meat, make sure that they are the same sort of meat and that they are of similar thickness and weight.
- Brush the items to be grilled with a little oil according to taste.
- Turn the grilling items half to two-thirds of the way through the grilling time.
- The information in the table is only a guideline. The values may vary depending on the type and amount of food to be grilled. They apply to meat placed into a cold oven straight from the refrigerator.
- You can also make home-made yoghurt with your appliance. The heat from the \ light is used for this.
- 2. Heat 1 litre of long-life milk (3.5 % fat) or fresh pasteurised milk to 40 °C or Bring 1 litre fresh milk to the boil once and allow to cool down to 40 °C.
- 3. Add 150 g of set yoghurt to the warm milk, stir in and fill the jars or bowls evenly. Do not pour more than 200 ml into any single container.
- 4. Cover the filled containers with a suitable lid or cling film.
- 5. Preheat the oven with the ( full-surface grill for 15 minutes at 100 °C.
- 6. Then move the operating mode selector to \ Light.
- 7. Evenly space the containers over the cooking compartment floor, then close the appliance door.
- 8. Switch off the light after 8 hours and place the containers in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
- Cleaning and care
- Keeping the appliance clean Clean the cooking compartment after each use, as dirt will bake on the next time it is heated up, and this can only be removed with difficulty. Always remove flecks of limescale, grease, starch and albumin (e.g. egg white)...
- Where possible use the 3 Hot air operating mode. This operating mode creates less dirt.

- 1. Insert the door panel at an angle towards the back into both brackets as far as it will go. The smooth surface must face outwards.
- 2. Put the cover back in place and press on it until it clicks in place.
- 3. Clean the hook-in rack with washing-up liquid and a sponge or brush.
- 4. Align the hook-in rack with the indentation (a) facing downwards, so that the shelf heights match.
- 5. Insert the hook-in rack at the rear as far as it will go and push to the rear (figure C).
- 6. Insert the hook-in rack at the front as far as it will go and push downwards (figure D).
- Faults and repairs
- In the event of a fault, check the tips in the following table before calling the after-sales service.
- Replace faulty oven light bulbs.
- You can obtain replacement light bulbs from customer service or specialist retailers: E14, 220 - 240 V, 40 W, heat resistant to 300 °C. Only use these oven light bulbs.
- 3. Replace the oven light bulb with a bulb of the same type.
- 4. Screw on the glass cover again.
- 5. Remove the tea towel and switch on the circuit breaker.
- Changing the door seal
- If the door seal is defective, it must be replaced. Replacement seals for your appliance can be obtained from the after-sales service.
- The door seal is attached in four places (figure A). When replacing it, disconnect and attach the hooks at all four points (figure B).
- Check again to ensure that the seal is seated correctly in the corners in particular.
- In the event of faults and repairs that you cannot rectify yourself, please use our after-sales service.

Before using the appliance for the first time
Clean your appliance before using it for the first time.
1. Remove accessories and any remaining packaging from the
cooking compartment.
2. Clean the accessories and cooking compartment with hot
soapy water (see section: Cleaning and care).
3. Heat with % Top/bottom heat at 240°C for 60 minutes.
4. Afterwards, wipe the cooled cooking compartment with hot,
soapy water.
5. Clean the outside of the appliance with a soft, damp cloth
and soapy water.
Operating the appliance
In this section, you will find out how to switch your appliance on
and off, and how to select an operating mode and temperature.
Switching on the appliance
1. Turn the operating mode selector until the desired operating
mode is selected.
2. Turn the temperature selector until the desired temperature is
selected.
The r indicator lamp lights up while the appliance is heating
up and during any subsequent heating.
Switching off the appliance
1. Turn the operating mode selector back to the Û position.
2. Turn the temperature selector back to the Ú position.
After the appliance is switched off, the cooling fan may
continue to run.
