Instructions for the fitter and programming
Notes on assembly, settings and operation for the fitter.
2.1 General notes
Risk of electric shock!
Disconnect the power supply to the controller(s) before connecting LED lighting.
For several systems with dierent frequencies, an extra coupling (learning) of individual
components is possible (e.g. one system in the living area and another in the sleeping
area).
You can pair up to 32 remotes to one controller.
A remote can also be paired with multiple controllers.
2.2 Learning modes for deployment of dierent frequencies
Enter "learning mode" so you can pair one or more remotes to a controller(s). There are two
ways to enter learning modes.
Learning mode 1 : Reset power supply
Disconnect then reconnect the power supply to the chosen controller(s).
A red LED will flash to indicate the controller(s) is ready to be paired with any remote
within 35 seconds.
If you wait longer than 35 seconds or press any key on the remote (except “I” &”O”),
the controller will revert back to previously configured settings and function as normal.
Also refer to section "2.3 Pairing remotes with controller".
Learning mode 2 : Using an already paired remote
To use this mode, the remote must have already been paired through Learning mode 1.
See section "Learning mode 1 : Reset power supply" for details.
Check that all controllers previously paired to the remote are connected and receiving
power.
Using a paired remote, press and hold both “I” and “O” together for approximately 5
seconds until the green LED begins to flash.
A red LED will flash to indicate that the controller(s) is ready to be paired with any remote.
