16. Button Lock
The device features a button lock (emergency wheel is not locked) to prevent unin-
tentional adjustments e.g. by children.
Activating/deactivating the button lock
Proceed as follows to activate/deactivate the button lock:
• Hold down the “AUTO” button for about 3 seconds. The “button lock” symbol
starts flashing
• Press the “PROG” button shortly (within 2 seconds after letting go of the “AUTO”
button). The button lock is now active and the “button lock” symbol is dis-
played permanently.
Proceed in the same way to deactivate the button lock.

Please note that the “PROG” button has to be pressed within 2
seconds after the “AUTO” button was held down for about 3
seconds.
17. Battery control
If the batteries in the actuator are exhausted, “bAtt” is dis-
played
(see right).
In this case, replace the exhausted batteries with new ones.

Please note that the operating mode is not displayed when
“bAtt” is displayed. In addition, the operating mode cannot be
changed until the batteries have been replaced.
