Standard display:
In MANUAL and AUTOMATIC operating mode, the display shows
the current temperature set-value (e.g. 23.5°C), the current day of the week, the
daylight saving time symbol (if activated) and a bargraph indicating the opening lev-
el of the valve.
There are three different operating modes: PROGRAMMING , AUTOMAT-
IC , MANUAL .
a) Switching between operating modes
When in AUTOMATIC mode or in MANUAL mode, press the “AUTO” button to
switch to the other operating mode. The operating mode is saved 5 seconds after
the “AUTO” button was pressed last.
Hold down the “PROG” button for about 3 seconds to select PROGRAMMING
mode. In PROGRAMMING mode, hold down the “AUTO” button for about 3 sec-
onds to return to the previous operating mode.
When programming mode is quit by pressing the “AUTO” button, the settings are
not saved (like a time-out). The settings will only be saved if programming mode is
quit by pressing the “PROG” button.

Please note that when in PROGRAMMING mode, the actuator
goes back to the previous operating mode automatically (wit-
hout saving), if no button is pressed for more than 60 seconds.
b) Explanation of operating modes and functions
PROGRAMMING mode Symbol:
In PROGRAMMING mode, you can set switch-points for weeks, workdays, week-
ends, and days in setting mode. A setting for the four switch-points can be made for
every single day.
