User manual

Orient yourself here to the flattened side of the casing of the IC. The contact pins
may not cross in any case; furthermore, the component should be soldered with
a gap of approx. 5 mm to the circuit board.
Pay attention to a short soldering time, so that the integrated voltage regulator is
not destroyed through overheating.
IC1 = 78 L 05 5 V-fixed voltage regulator (same casing as T1!)
1.10 Rectifier
Mount the bridge rectifier on the printed circuit board and solder the contact pins
on the side of the conducting paths.
D1 = Bridge rectifier B40 C 800 or the like
1.11 Relay
Mount the 12 V relay on the printed circuit board and solder the contact pins on
the side of the conducting paths.
1.12 Mains transformer
The mains transformer is now mounted on the printed circuit board and its
contact pins are soldered on the soldering side of the circuit board.
1.13 Integrated circuit (IC)
At the end the integrated circuit is inserted in the socket provided with the correct
polarity.
