Class 2: High-Dielectric Constant Type Capacitor (HI-K)
High-dielectric capacitors mainly consist of barium titanate. They are known as
HI-K because of their high power factor. These capacitors which have the
characteristics of high capacitance value, small internal impendence and
excellent power factors are widely used in electronic circuits such as coupling
and for by-pass purposes.
