This experiment shows both the cycle signal and the output signal of
the flipflop using LED. You can clearly see that the output state only
changes at half the speed of the cycle signal.

13 Divider by Four
Two toggle flipflops can be switched in series. The Q output of the first
flipflop controls the C-input of the second flipflop. All in all, the input
frequency is divided by four.
