11 Variable Frequency
The frequency of the two flashers can be varied within wide thresholds
if an external resistor is switched in parallel to the 2.2-MΩ resistor in
the circuit. The skin impedance is used here. Slight contact of the two
wire ends leads to increase of frequency. The oscillators can be used
to compare the skin impedances of two persons.
