• IntheConnectProstoredconfiguration.Whenyoumodifythesettingshere,theyare
permanent.
• Inthe Logging and Data Capture Settingspage.Whenyoumodifythesettingshere,theyare
temporaryandwillresettothestoredconfigurationvaluesafterarestart.
To modify the logging level in the ConnectPro configuration:
1 AccesstheConnectProwebinterface.
2 Fromthemenuatthetopofthepage,clickConfiguration.
TheLogging and Data Capture Settingspageappears.
3 Inthesecondarynavigation,clickStored Configuration.
4 Intheconfigurationtextbox,type loglevel [level],where [level]isthelogging
levelyouwanttoset.
Example: loglevel debug
5 ClickValidatetovalidateyourchanges.
6 ClickSave and RestarttosaveyourchangesandrestartConnectPro.
To modify the logging level from the Logging and Data Capture Settings page:
1 AccesstheConnectProwebinterface.
2 Fromthemenuatthetopofthepage,clickConfiguration.
TheLogging and Data Capture Settingspageappears.
3 Selectthelogginglevel.
4 ClickApply Changes.
Enabling Data Capture
DatacapturerecordsallnetworktrafficenteringandexitingtheConnectProserver.Enable
datacapturingfromthe Logging and Data Capture Settings pageorintheConnectPro
configuration.Bydefaultthedatacapturingmodeissettooff.Thedatacapturingfunctionisa
temporarysettingandneedstobeenabledaftereachConnectProrestarttocontinuecapturing
data.
To enable data capturing from the ConnectPro configuration:
1 AccesstheConnectProwebinterface.
2 Fromthemenuatthetopofthepage,clickConfiguration.
TheLogging and Data Capturepageappears.
3 Inthesecondarynavigation,clickStored Configuration.
