NOTE When using cellular communications, the cellular plan on the ConnectDER
unit must be activated to communicate with the ConnectDER Cloud™. Coordinate
activation with the ConnectDER Service Center or your cellular plan provider as necessary.
Smart ConnectDER unit and user account information:
• The Smart ConnectDER units assigned to your company have been pre-populated in
the ConnectDER Cloud. Each unit has a fixed serial number, shown as “Unit S/N”.
• The “Admin” user account permits managing resources within your company only.
• Admin users may create additional Admin user accounts and more restrictive
“Installer” accounts for use within your company only.
USER INTERFACES
The ConnectDER Cloud is a web-based application accessible from a variety of browsers.
Table 4 below lists the three access points to the ConnectDER Cloud.
