PROVISION THE SYSTEM USING “ADMIN” CREDENTIALS
1. Ensure the ConnectDER is properly installed, energized and indicating “b4 EnA” is
displayed on the LCD as shown previously in FIGURE 25.
2. Log in to the URL provided by the ConnectDER Service Center on your Smartphone,
laptop or tablet.
3. Select the “Table” view.
4. Select the desired unit by clicking on its “Unit S/N” hyperlink.
5. Select “Edit Unit” and enter the Address, City, State, and Zip Code. The Premises ID,
Location Notes, and DER Type are optional.
6. Select “Update Unit”, then click “OK”.
7. Select the “Provision” button. The status will change to “Provisioning”, then to
“Operational” once provisioning is completed.
