2. If there were any changes made while the M300 was open, an option to save changes will be

given. Select Yes to save changes, or No to exit without saving any of the changes made. (this

saves the project only, not the data files).

Note: IftheM300systemfreezesforanyreason,youcanclose theprogrambytypingm300k froma QNX

shell.However,thiswillnotallowyoutosaveanychangesyouhavemadesincelastsavingyourproject.Use

onlyaslastresorttoclosetheprogram.

SHUTTINGDOWNTHEM300SYSTEM

Shutdown the M300 system by performing the following.

1. Exit all applications, including M300 and Photon if they're running

2. Once you are in the QNX 4 shell just type exit to logout.

3. After a few seconds (to be sure wait 3 to 4 seconds) you can turn the power off. This will give the

cache enough time to empty out to disk.
