3.1 Heatspreader Dimensions

Note

All measurements are in millimeters. Torque specication for heatspreader screws is 0.3 Nm. Mechanical system assembly mounting shall

follow the valid DIN/IS0 specications.

Caution

When using the heatspreader in a high shock and/or vibration environment, congatec recommends the use of a thread-locking uid on the

heatspreader screws to ensure the above mentioned torque specication is maintained.
