Concrobium House & Deck Wash

Recommended Uses
The solution can be used on surfaces including wood
and composite wood, vinyl, aluminum, brick, stone,
masonry, concrete, stucco, and outdoor fabrics.

decks, patios, fences, walkways, railings, siding,
gutters, shakes, awnings and patio furniture.

1. Shake or invert jug several times prior
to spraying.
2. Attach garden hose to nozzle, ensuring
valve is in OFF position.
3. Turn on water at tap.
4. Turn valve to MIX and spray on target
area. For vertical surfaces, work from the
ground up and allow to sit for 3-5 minutes.
5. Scrub surface with a stiff bristle brush.
6. Turn valve to H20 and thoroughly rinse
surface.
Application Guidelines
Coverage – Cleans approx. 2,500 sq. ft. depending on
surface staining and absorbency.
Application – Always test on an inconspicuous section
before using. You will need water, a hose, stiff bristle
brush, and a broom. Prior to application ensure that the
surface has been cleaned with a broom to remove any
loose debris.
Treated surfaces will typically be free of dirt and grime
after a single application, but in cases of severe staining,
a second application may be required. If you have tough
