2. Hardware Installation
Connector description
In the picture below, the backside of the ADSL router is shown. Attention: the
picture is shown upside down. You can find a description of the connectors below
the picture.
Port Meaning

Power (jack) Connect the supplied power adapter to
this jack.

LAN
(RJ-45
connector)
Connect a UTP Ethernet cable to this
port when connecting to a LAN such as
an office or home network.
Connect a crossover cable (provided
with this package) to this port when
connecting to a LAN card.
3
RS-232 (port)
Reserved
4 LINE
(RJ-11
connector)
Connect the supplied RJ-11 cable into
this port. The other end must be
connected to the ADSL modem.
