Test and calibrate the unit’s control systems.
The Thermolator’s Test Mode checks the operation
of displays, control buttons, inputs and outputs. You
can also calibrate the supply and return thermocouples.

WARNING: Electrical shock and
hot surface hazards
Before attempting maintenance of any kind
on the Thermolator, you must stop the unit;
disconnect and lockout the main power
supply; and allow the unit to cool to less than
100° F (38° C)
To access the Thermolator enclosure:
Remove the top access panel by lifting straight up.
Remove the side panels by lifting straight up.
