Maintenance Checklist
The DM-II requires little maintenance. We recommend the following mainte-
nance schedule and tasks.
• Whenever you change hoppers

Verify or change setpoint entries on the control.
Verify that the temperature settings are correct for the application and
material in this hopper.
• Whenever you change materials

Change the setpoint entries on the control.
Verify that the temperature settings are correct for the new material.

Inspect the probe and mounting assembly.
If the probe is damaged, replace it. If vibration has loosened the probe
mounting hardware, tighten it.
• Monthly, or as often as needed

Inspect cables and cords for damage or wear.
Replace any cable or power cord that is worn.

Inspect cable connections.
Check for damage or loose connections. Tighten the connections or
replace the damaged connectors.
