Removalandinstallationoftheburner
1. Takethehumidieroutofoperation,asdescribedinchapter7.5.
2. Undothescrew(s)(phillipsscrewdriver)andremovetherightsidepanel(s).
3. Removethecombustionairblower(seethesection“Removalandinstallationofthecombustion
airblower”above).
4. Disconnectthecablestotheigniterandtotheamemonitoringunitandremovethecomponents
(seethesectionon“Removalandinstallationoftheigniterandtheamesensor”).
5. Unscrewthefournutsintheburnerangeandcarefully removetheburnerunit.Makesurethat
the burner is not damaged.
Note: Grease, dirt and dust at the ceramic matting can affect the performance of the burner.
Re-installationisachievedbyfollowingthereversesequence.Renewtheangesealandreplace
igniterandamesensorifnecessary.Tightthenutsoftheburnerangewithatorquewrench(torque:
10Nm).Makesureallcablesareconnectedcorrectly.

Cleaningtheburnerelements
Carefullyblowouttheburnerelementmats(ceramicbrematerial)fromoutsidewithcompressed
air. Severely soiled burner elements should be replaced.
Cleaningtheblower/burnerchamberoftheunit
Carefullycleantheblowerandtheburnerchamberbyfreeinganykindofsoilingandaccumula-
tions.
CAUTION!
Wetcleaningoftheblowerandtheburnerchamberisnotpermitted!
Ceramic matting, do not touch!
Hold burner only on metal pipe
