Level alarm
Possible cause
Water level in tank is low.
Failed Level switch.
IF CHILLER HAS
AUTO-FILL OPTION:
Solenoid valve faulty.
Water supply valve
closed.
Input wiring to PLC
incorrect.
Solution
Fill tank to proper level. See
Checking Reservoir Level, in
the Maintenance section.
Inspect for leaks in the process
piping. Repair as necessary.

Check level gauge and com-
pare it to status of the level
switch by checking continuity
of switch in electrical enclo-
sure. Refer to wiring diagrams.
Clean switch; replace as need-
ed.
