Using Port Monitor to Test Ports
This procedure will check whether the DeviceMaster can:
• Communicate through the NS-Link device driver
• Determine if a port is open with an application
If necessary, install PortVision DX (Before Installing the Comtrol Drivers
Management Console on Page 9, Page 10).
1. Open PortVision DX using the desktop shortcut.
2. Start Port Monitor by clicking Tools > Applications > Port Monitor (PMon2).
