4.7.1 Enable RIP

To enable RIP, complete the following steps:

STEP 1:

Click Routing Setup from the menu bar.

STEP 2:

Select On in the Rip Status field.

STEP 3:

Select a RIP Version (Version 1 or Version 2) from the Version field.

STEP 4:

Click Apply to submit the settings.

STEP 5:

After submitting the new Rip settings, the List of Static Routes will be

updated to reflect this change. A screen similar to the following will be

displayed:

Flag: R = RIP Route, S = Static Route, C = Connect Route
