cc = 0 if no insert is desired for the specified
insert channel.
Notes:
1. Time slot 16 (cc = 16) may not be
specified when the insert data format is
specified to be E1CAS.
2. This command is not valid when the
insert data format is specified as E1CAS
and the demodulator data rate is set to
1920.0 kbps.
