b = Test Pattern same as TPT
cc = Alarm Mask same as MSK

[Interface Block] consists of 130 bytes and contains the configuration of the current enabled interface on the unit. The format of the
configuration bytes depend on the interface type indicated by the 5

byte in the MGC query or command.
