6. Best Operating Practice for Vacuuming
1. Do not fil too many goods in the package bag so that the open end of the bag
can be conveniently put in the vacuum chamber of this machine.
2. Ensure that the packaging bag opening is dry; otherwise, it is hard for sealing.
If the food has the water content or the bag is wet, please choose the “wet
mode”, which can extend the sealing time to achieve better effects. (If there is
too much liquid within the bag, pour it out; otherwise, it will be hard to
realize full sealing or even leakage might be caused. At the end of the vacuum
sealing, press on the “Sealing” button again to reinforce the sealing.)
3. Please clean the packaging bag opening and straighten it before sealing.
Ensure that no foreign materials are stuck in the sealing. Avoid too many
wrinkles upon vacuuming, and prevent the external hard materials from
scratching the bag.
4. Before vacuuming, discharge part of the air from the bag, which can alleviate
the vacuuming load of this machine;
5. Avoid putting goods with sharp edges, such as fishbones and hard shells, in
the vacuum preservation package to avoid puncturing the bag.
6. Please stop using this machine for one minute before sealing the next bag
after the previous bag is sealed. This can leave adequate time for machine
buffering.
7. When the cause of the failure to meet the required vacuum degree is not
clarified, please check whether the sealing ring is placed flat or twisted, and
whether the packaging bag is found with leakage or its placement is
incorrect.
8. In the process of packaging, if some liquids or food residues are pumped to
the vacuum chamber, they might block the vacuum pump and even damage
this machine. To avoid the occurrence of this problem, fold some tissues or
place a filter in the vacuum chamber.
9. The fresh fruits and vegetables are not suitable for vacuum storage at the
normal temperature, because the fresh fruits and vegetables will respire to
give out heat, which will easily cause swelling of the bag. These goods are
suggested to put in the refrigerator for cold storage to achieve better effects.
10. Cool off the liquid before vacuum packaging. The hot liquid will boil during
vacuum packaging. The vacuum packaging tank must be used for packaging.
11. The perishables are usually stored under the refrigeration mode or the cold
storage mode. After vacuum packaging, their expiration date will be
postponed, but it is impossible to prevent them from perishing forever.
12. Fill the bag with two thirds of the water. Conduct single sealing (no
vacuuming). Then, refrigerate for a whole, and put it in the ice bucket or use
it as the ice cube for treatment of sports injuries.
