3. Do’s and Don’ts 1. Please unplug the power source before using this machine. Keep your hands dry. 2. Do not directly unplug upon power failure by holding on the electric wire to avoid accidents. 3. If the electric wire is damaged, please stop using it immediately, and contact the professional for exchange. 4. Do not repair this machine on your own. 4. Structure and Functions 1 2 3 4 1. Vacuum Sealing/Cancellation There are two operating functions by pressing on this button: Press on this button, and this machine will start operating. This machine is sealed after vacuuming. After that, this machine stops automatically; Press on this button when this machine is still working, and this machine will immediately stop operating. 2. Single Sealing Press on this button, and this machine will start working.
4. Structure and Functions 4. Food Dry mode: Choose a short heat-sealing setting for dry items and bags. Wet mode: Choose a long heat-sealing setting for wet items and bags. When drying, cleaning or taking out or installing it, please be careful to avoid distortion or damage. 10. In vacuuming, the bag opening shall be fully in the vacuum chamber, and the bag opening shall be put within the long groove nearby the air inlet. 11.
5. Operation Instructions Use the packaging bag for vacuum packaging. 1. Put the goods into the specialized vacuum packaging bag. 2. Clean the packaging bag filled with the goods, and ensure that the bag opening is free of dust or wrinkle. 3. Put the opening of the vacuum packaging bag within the machine vacuum chamber. (Generally exceed the vacuum chamber by 3mm to 5mm.) Avoid the air leakage of the bag. See Fig. 1. 4.
5. Operation Instructions Use the preservation tank or the preservation box for vacuum package 1. Wipe the preservation tank or box and cover clean, and keep it dry. 2. Put the goods into the preservation tank or box without being too full. Put on the cover. 3. Insert the air inlet and the extraction opening on the preservation tank or box cover on two ends of the extraction pipe to ensure the preservation tank or box at a sealing status. See Fig. 5. 4. 6. Best Operating Practice for Vacuuming 1. Do not fil too many goods in the package bag so that the open end of the bag can be conveniently put in the vacuum chamber of this machine. 2. Ensure that the packaging bag opening is dry; otherwise, it is hard for sealing. If the food has the water content or the bag is wet, please choose the “wet mode”, which can extend the sealing time to achieve better effects.
6. Best Operating Practice for Vacuuming 13. Many foods, such as yoghurt and cooked foods, are put in the commercial package for sale. With this machine, even if these foods are unpacked, the vacuum packaging bag can be used to preserve their taste and freshness. 14. Flour and rice to make cakes or biscuits can be preserved in the vacuum packaging bag to lengthen their expiration date.
7. Cleaning and Maintenance Vacuum Packaging Machine 1. Ensure the power to be unplugged from the socket before cleaning this machine. 2. Do not soak this machine in the water or other liquids. 3. Avoid using rough materials to clean this machine to avoid scratching of the surface or damage of other major parts. 4. Use the neutral soap and the soft duster cloth to wipe away the food residues or clean the parts. 5. Ensure that this machine is fully dry for the next use.
8. Trouble-shooting No Response of Vacuum Packaging 1. Check whether the power line is well connected with the socket. 2. Check whether the power line is damaged. 3. If the machine switch has different modes, check whether it has been set to the correct mode. Refer to the above operating instructions. No Vacuuming 1. The opening of the bag should be fully put within the vacuum chamber. 2.
8. Trouble-shooting Air Inflow after Sealing 1. Air leakage might be caused by wrinkles or damage of the bag, or foreign matters or other liquids upon the bag opening. Opening the bag, wipe the opening, and flatten the bag to ensure no wrinkles and damage with the bag. 2. Air inflow of the bag might cause fermentation of the food. Open the bag, and if the food is found to have already been perished, please throw it away.
