 is a free program for both Windows and MAC that provides a simple and elegant interface for updang,
conguring and managing your Comrex devices. With , you can congure the IP Networking details,
update rmware, enable license features, copy and save conguraon informaon, and more.  was

Aer  is installed, open the program and simply click “” to nd any device that is on
the same physical IP network as your computer. The list will include the unit MAC Address (Switchboard ID), the device
type, and the unit name. Alternavely, if you know the public IP address of a Comrex device and TCP port 80 has been
forwarded to that device, you can manually add the device and perform certain funcons, such as updang rmware,
from outside your network.
Once a unit is selected, ve tabs appear on the right-hand pane.
The rst tab is the Device tab. This tab will give you the current IP address and network sengs. As a security measure,
network sengs may only be changed during the rst 5 minutes of your Comrex product operaon. If you wish to
change your network sengs, you will have to reboot your unit and make the changes right away.
