The icon that appears next to the Switchboard member is color coded to show status:
 - Ready to accept call
- Busy
 - Unable to accept call
 - Oine
If Switchboard determines that a CrossLock connecon can be made, it will opt for that. If not, it will aempt a BRIC
Normal connecon.

To make a manual BRIC Normal connecon, you’ll need to input the desnaon informaon to create an entry in the
 list. Select the Opons icon and choose “”. You’ll be prompted to enter the
following into the Edit box:
