Paper Jams
Do not touch any parts inside the duplex printing unit.
Grasp both sides of the duplex printing unit and pull it toward you to remove it. Carefully
remove any jammed paper from the duplex unit or from within the printer.
NOTE: If you can not remove the jammed paper, refer to the procedure for removing jammed paper for
an E2-1 error message.
WARNING: The fuser unit becomes very hot right after the printer has been used. Be care-
ful not to touch the fuser unit.
