Basic operating modes - mode choice and basic type of behavior

The regulator has a preset several basic modes (or types) of behavior that can be combined with PWM, constant speed, constant torque.

One-way aircraft - brake in neutral (MIN = STOP) can be activated

One-way boat - brake in neutral (MIN = STOP) cannot be activated

STOP position is identical with the position of "full brake" (P7 = P8)

As you move the joystick

forward from the STOP po-

sition (to P6), the motor ro-

tates forward. If the joystick

moves to the other side (to

P8) and the motor still ro-

tates forward, begins to

brake. The braking intensity

depends on the braking

control signal.

If you move the joystick

back from the STOP posi-

tion (to P8), the motor ro-

tates backwards. And brake

when you move joystick

forward (to P6).

The decision if braking or reverse, also affects the parameter P53.

Joystick without neutral position (non-latching STOP)

Joystick with neutral (with lock the STOP position)

STOP position may not be in the middle, i.e. 50% / 50%
