Procedure

Setup of T110/T111 with magnet bases

1. Position the Delta Fixture

equipment with the laser transmitter

close to the reference diameter (REF. 1). Position the transmitter as

close as possible to the center.

2. Position the fixture with the detector in the reference diameter

(REF. 1). Align with the spirit level and clamp it with the brace level.

3. Zero the measuring values on the displaybox with the adjustment

knobs.

4. Turn the fixture with the detector 180º, read and halve the values on

the display box.

5. Move the fixture with the T110/T111 by deactivating two of the three

magnet bases and very carefully sliding the fixture until the values on

the display box are within ± 0.3 mm.
