3-1 Hydraulic Oil
When replacing hydraulic uid, always use
a uid that meets or exceeds the standards
displayed in the table provided. Use of unap-
proved hydraulic uid may lead to equipment
damage.
Use the following standards when selecting
hydraulic uid for use in CLINCHER® brand
equipment.

NOTE: ISO 46 grade hydraulic oil may be used in place of ISO 68 oil when utilizing power units equipped with both a hydraulic
oil cooler and heater.

It is imperative that ONLY hydraulic fluid that
meets the standards listed on this page be
used in your hydraulic equipment. Use of
unapproved hydraulic fluid, including fire re-
sistant fluids, water based fluids, and high
viscosity fluids, or fluids that do not meet the
specified standards, may result in extensive
equipment damage which is not covered un-
der any warranties.
NOTICE
ALL new  uid that is to be introduced into the
system must be cleaned and ltered before
being pumped into the hydraulic reservoir.
