VGA Splitters & Distribution Amps

The high performance Comprehensive CVG-VP-3XL, CVG-VP4XL and CVG-VP6XL are a

family of high resolution Distribution Ampliers for VGA/UXGA signals. The machines

have a video Bandwidth 400MHz, thus making them suitable for the highest resolution

graphics signal Distribution. Input and Outputs are DC coupled and conform to the

highest standards. Each unit accepts one input, provides necessary buering and

isolation, and distributes the signal to three, four, or six identical Outputs. The CVG-VP3XL

and 4XL are half rack table top size and include front panel EQ control and switches for

ID Bit control on the rear. The CVG-VP6XL is 19” rackmount but does not have the EQ/ID

bit control.

Distribution Amplier

The Kramer VP-108 is unique in that each of the 8 VGA Outputs, and each of the 8

stereo audio Outputs, may be individually enabled or disabled, replacing a Switcher

which would typically be used in such setups. RS-232 and/or RS-485 may be used for

control (switching) of the Outputs, and the output conguration is stored in non-

volatile memory so that the machine will restore its power-down status when power

is returned.
