Part Replacement Procedures
Tools/Test Equipment Needed
• Anti-static mat with wrist strap
• #1 and #2 Phillips screwdriver
• 5/16 inch nut driver
• 3/16 inch nut driver
• Tool for knurled rings (P/N 003-0117-xx)
Setup for Disassembly
1 Remove the DC Power Supply cable and battery(ies) if present.
2 Remove the patient parameter plug-in module.
Replacing the Optional Recorder Assembly
1 Remove the recorder assembly (if installed) by first opening the printer door, loosening the two
captive screws, and then pulling out the assembly at the top.

2 If replacing the recorder CPU PCBA, loosen the thumbscrew and pull it forward until it is free of
the connector.
