What Happens? Data regeneration and reassignment failed.
The Bad Block Table is full. Too many bad blocks have been found on
the disk drive.
The adjacent data blocks on other member drives might have also been
damaged.
What to Do? Rare occurrence of these errors can be managed by firmware. Contact
your RAID system supplier.
