3) C onfigure your com puter's IP to: 192.168.168.100 with netmask 255.255.255.0.

By default PC will also learn the IP 192.168.168.100 from router.

4) Insert N P16A CD containing the recovery file in CD-ROM and run the batch file,

np16arcv.bat.

5) Hold the reset button and at the sam e time, pow er on the router, and it will

autom atically dow nload the firmware to the router.

6) When com pleted, the DIAG LED will be O FF and the CONN LED will blink slow ly.

7) Reset the router and it will start up normally.

8) If you still have problem s, please call technical support for further help.

NOTE

The firmware image file, which you upload from the CD-ROM may not be the

latest version. To get the m ost updated version, please go to www.cpx.com or

www.com pex.com .sg to dow nload the firmware. Do not pow er dow n the device

as data is transferring.

Please note that your firmware image file m ight be different. Please enter the

nam e of that image file.

Please ensure that there is constant pow er supply to C om pex N P16A w hile

performing the recovery pro cess.
