 Add data fields: By activating the ticked square.
 Remove data fields: By deactivating the ticked square.
 Order the data fields: By using ‘Up’/‘Down’ buttons.
 Add/Remove pages to the default ones: By using ‘+’ and ‘-’ buttons.
Note: You can also change just one field by opening the contextual menu on it
(select ‘Change this field’).
