Notwithstanding any other potential remedy described herein, if a battery is determined to be defective during the applicable warranty period set

forth in the table above, the sole and exclusive remedy shall be a Pro Rata discount off the replacement cost toward the purchase of a

replacement battery. Adequate records for proof of operation/testing as referenced below include, but are not limited to, National Fire

Protection Association (NFPA) 101-required periodic testing documentation.

Extended warranties and/or preventive maintenance service plans may be purchased at an additional charge. Please contact your local sales

representative for pricing and details.
