6.6.3 Dxterm Does Not Support Latin-2, Latin-4, and Latin-Cyrillic
Characters
The dxterm application is not able to display Latin-2, Latin-4 and Latin-
Cyrillic Characters even when the locale is set correctly. Therefore, dxterm
should not be used for displaying the following languages: Czech, Hungarian,
Lithuanian, Polish, Russian, Slovak, and Slovene. The dtterm application
should be used in this case.
