Setting Up the Monitor

To set up the monitor, ensure that the power is turned off to the

monitor, computer system, and other attached devices, then follow

these steps:

1. Place the monitor in a convenient, well-ventilated location near

your computer.

2. Connect the DVI-I monitor signal cable to the VGA connector

on the rear panel of the computer.

The monitor is shipped with the DVI-I cable already

connected to the monitor. When the monitor is connected

to the computer using the DVI-I signal cable, it is using an

analog signal interface.

3. Connect one end of the AC power cord to the AC adapter

and

the other end

to an electrical outlet that is easily accessible

and close to the monitor.
