5.6 Speaker Assembly
Perform the following steps to remove the speaker assembly:
1. Prepare the tablet PC for disassembly (Section 5.3).
2. Remove the display panel assembly (Section 5.5).
3. Turn the tablet PC base enclosure top side up with the power
switch and jog dial facing you.
4. Release the ZIF connector
1 to which the speaker cable is
attached and disconnect the cable
2 from the speaker
assembly (Figure 5-17).
5. Remove the speaker assembly
3 from the base enclosure.
