A 4U controller assembly with two HSV210-B controllers and two M5314C 3U dual-
redundant FC Loop 14-bay disk enclosures. It can be Factory Configured with
additional drive enclosures. For configurations with more than four Drive enclosures
the FC loop switches must be included. It can also be field upgraded up to a 2C12D
configuration with the addition of drive enclosures and FC loop switches. With the
addition of another rack the EVA8100 can support up to 2C18D.

The EVA File Services and EVA iSCSI Connectivity options provides superior storage consolidation, management and total cost of
ownership. The EVA File Services support both block and file data concurrently with high availability and scalable performance. The
EVA iSCSI Connectivity Option extends the FC SAN investment with integrated multi-protocol support, allowing customers to
incorporate iSCSI servers without requiring additional storage arrays or management costs
Ordering an EVA-File Server or iSCSI Connectivity Option is easy. The EVA File Services and iSCSI Connectivity Option will be
factory integrated into the EVA4100 Starter and EVA4100 SAN Starter Kits or the standard EVA4100, EVA6100 or EVA8100
configurations.
The EVA File Services Option is available in two file serving protocols, NFS (Linux) or CIFS (Windows).
