Installing PCIe riser card
The system supports only two riser card at a time. Use only HP supported expansion boards that meet
the following specifications:
• Compliance
○ PCIe x16
○ PCIe x8
• Form Factor
○ Full-Height/Full-Length
○ Low Profile
NOTE: To use the PCIe x8 (LP) riser card (shown in Figure 57), a subassembly to the PCI cage must
be installed.
