Removal and Replacement Procedures
4. Remove the battery by following these steps:
a. Turn the computer upside down with the rear panel
toward you.
b. Slide and hold the battery release latches 1 toward the
outside edges of the computer.
c. Slide the battery 2 straight back and remove it.
Removing the Battery
Reverse the above procedure to install the battery.
