To create a printer setup module:
1. Create the printer setup file in a user directory.
2. Create a new directory and copy the printer setup file into it. For
example,
/usr/local/pd/setup.
3. Set the cfg-prologue-path attribute on the supervisor to indicate
where the setup file is stored:
# pdset -c server -x cfg-prologue-path=/usr/local/pd/setup my_sup
