4.2.1 Installing RCM
Messages similar to the following appear during the RCM installation phase of WEBES.

Edit RCM$DATA:MGDSYS.CFG if you want to change any options.
Adding RCM to SYSMAN STARTUP Database so that RCM Collection schedule
will be maintained when the system reboots.
