8. Type Y or press the [Enter] key to install all WEBES components. Otherwise, enter NO if
you wish to select individual components for installation.

The remainder of this example assumes you are installing all of WEBES. The following

9. Complete the additional prompts (appearing only for RCM) in this step. The most
important question is the customer access ID. This must be a unique alphanumeric string
and should be registered in the RCM database before any collection is carried out.
